When installing a forged steel stop valve, the flange and flange of the valve need to be padded with high-pressure asbestos board, and its thickness should be determined according to the depth of the flange groove on the valve. If the valve is large and the groove is deep, a thicker asbestos board should be used to avoid the concave and convex contact surface between the two. It is easy to produce gaps and poor sealing. Assemble the forged steel stop valve to ensure that all bolts are evenly stressed, otherwise the concave and convex interface is prone to bias.

3. Install the stop valve so that the refrigerant flows from the bottom of the valve to the top. When installed on a horizontal pipeline, the valve stem should be vertical or tilted at a corresponding angle to prevent the valve stem from pointing downward. The valve core plate of the rotary check valve should rotate, and the valve core plate should be installed horizontally.
